The diagnostic technologies we use are as follows:

- **Upright Proton Density MRI** to visualize injury to the ligament structures in the cervical spine region
- **High field MRI** like diffusion tensor imaging and susceptibility weighted imaging for the determination of traumatic brain injuries
- **Video Fluoroscopy** that allows us to determine the degree of spinal instability better and if the damage can be rated 20-25% whole person impairment through the American Medical Association [Guidelines](https://emedicine.medscape.com/article/314195-overview).
- **Dynamic Surface EMG,** a technology that uses surface electrodes to measure paraspinal tension
